Our firm provides a clear and flexible fee structure to suit your legal needs, offering both hourly rates and fixed-fee options.

Hourly Rates for consultations and ongoing matters vary depending on the professional handling your case:

  • Principal: $550 per hour + GST
  • Associate: $500 per hour + GST
  • Senior Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer: $450 per hour + GST
  • Junior Solicitor: $350 per hour + GST
  • Junior Licensed Conveyancer: $350 per hour + GST
  • Para-Legal/Solicitor Assistant: $250 per hour + GST

Fixed Lump Sum Fees for general residential conveyancing and leases:

  • Conveyancing: from $1,600 + GST + disbursements
  • Leases: from $1,600 + GST + disbursements

Other matters, including business and immigration law, are billed on an hourly basis, while Notary and Probate services are charged according to their official fee scales:

  • Notary Services: as per the Notaries Recommended Scale of Fees
  • Probate: as per the Legal Profession Amendment (Costs) Regulation 2000
